Scattered thunderstorms are expected this afternoon in northeastern
Pennsylvania and far northwestern New Jersey. These storms will be
capable of producing locally heavy rainfall that could result in poor
drainage flooding or even flash flooding. There is also a potential
for a few of these storms to produce locally damaging winds.
