The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for Urban Areas and Small Streams in...
  Northwestern Burlington County in southern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 115 AM EDT

* At 909 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in
  Burlington Township and Florence, with area streams continuing to
  indicate rapid rises late this evening. Flooding is expected to
  continue for the next several hours.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Trenton, Bensalem, Willingboro, Florence, Burlington, Bristol,
  Bordentown, Beverly, Tullytown, Florence-Roebling, Jacksonville,
  Georgetown, Crosswicks, Levittown, Columbus, White Horse, Edgewater
  Park, Morrisville, Penndel and Langhorne Manor.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
