The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Central Kent County in central Delaware...
  Northeastern Caroline County in eastern Maryland...

* Until 930 PM EDT

* At 532 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Dover, Camden, Cheswold, Goldsboro, Woodside, Hartly, Rising
  Sun-Lebanon, Rising Sun, Hazlettville, Dover Base Housing, Dover
  Speedway, Sandtown, Wyoming, Kenton, Magnolia, Little Creek,
  Leipsic, Henderson, Marydel and Templeville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
