The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has extended the

* Flood Advisory for...
  Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Kent County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 130 AM EDT

* At 921 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory
  area. Doppler radar estimates as much as 2 inches of rain has
  already fallen in the advised area, and heavy rain continues.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated...or
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
