The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has extended the

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northern Kent County in central Delaware...

* Until 1015 PM EDT

* At 705 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated mostly moderate rain
  showers with a few embedded heavy rain bands over eastern Kent
  County. This rain...in addition to heavy rain which fell earlier
  in the day...will cause ponding of water in low lying and poor
  drainage areas...especially near the bayshore. The flood advisory
  has therefore been extended through a good portion of the evening
  hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated...or
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

Be especially careful at night.  Turn around...don't drown.
