  Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Kent County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 930 PM EDT

* At 626 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms moving in from the Chesapeake Bay. This rain is
  falling at a rate fast enough to cause roadway and poor drainage
  flooding. Be careful driving around this evening.
