* Flood Advisory for...
  Northern Kent County in central Delaware...

* Until 715 PM EDT

* At 316 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Dover, Smyrna, Camden, Clayton, Cheswold, Rising Sun-Lebanon,
  Rising Sun, Hazlettville, Dover Base Housing, Dover Speedway,
  Wyoming, Kenton, Little Creek, Leipsic, Rodney Village, Kent Acres
  and Highland Acres.
