* At 248 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Wind Gap, or
  10 miles north of Easton, moving northeast at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect damage to
           trees and power lines.
