* At 245 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Easton, Bethlehem, Forks, Northampton, Wilson, Hellertown,
  Nazareth, Bangor, Pen Argyl, Wind Gap, Bath, Harmony, Alpha,
  Belfast, West Easton, Tatamy, East Bangor, Steuben, Glendon and
  Lehigh University.
