The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  East central Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1115 PM EDT

* At 717 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, Birdsboro, Mount Penn, St. Lawrence, Amity Gardens,
  Lorane, Reiffton and Flying Hills.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated...or
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
