The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  West central Carbon County in northeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1030 PM EDT

* At 625 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Doppler radar has indicated that between one and two inches of
  rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Jim Thorpe, Weatherly, Beaver Meadows and Tresckow.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated...or
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
