REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 615 PM EDT FOR WEST CENTRAL SUSSEX AND MONROE
COUNTIES...

At 440 PM EDT, The heavy rain that resulted in 1 to 2 inches of rain
has tapered off, but additional showers and thunderstorms are
possible into this evening, and any additional rain could result in
continued minor flooding.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Mount Pocono, East Stroudsburg, Bushkill, Wind Gap, Stormville,
Brodheadsville, Kunkletown, Werry Lake, Pocono Pines, Gilbert, Pocono
Raceway, Delaware Water Gap, Skytop, Tannersville, Mountainhome,
Alpine Mountain, Rossland, Long Pond, Hernyville and Kresgeville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.

Flooding is occurring or is imminent. It is important to know where
you are relative to streams, rivers, or creeks which can become
killers in heavy rains. Campers and hikers should avoid streams or
creeks.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
