...THE FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 715 AM EDT FOR BERKS
COUNTY...

At 502 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated up to 2 inches of rain had
fallen due to earlier thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding
in the advisory area. Rain has moved out of the advisory area for
now, but it will take time for the water to recede.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Reading, Wyomissing, Birdsboro, Kutztown, Fleetwood, Sinking Spring,
Laureldale, Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Newmanstown, Topton, Leesport,
Shoemakersville, Bally, Bernville, Bechtelsville, Lyons, New Morgan,
Spring Ridge and Fairview Hgts.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
