  East central Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Southwestern Somerset County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 1045 PM EDT

* At 738 PM EDT...the Neshanic River at Reaville was above flood
  stage. Roads are subject to closures in the vicinity of the river.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
