At 617 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated light to moderate showers
across portions of the advised area. Although the heavy has ended,
it will take additional time for the runoff to subside. Portions of
the area have received over two inches of rain.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
