* At 425 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated moderate rain was falling
  across portions of the advised area. Up to two inches of rain
  along with low lying and poor drainage flooding can be expected
  into this evening.

  Easton, Port Jervis, Montague, Bethlehem, Forks, East Stroudsburg,
  Quakertown, Perkasie, Wilson, Bedminster, Blairstown, Hellertown,
