At 255 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Jarrettsville to near Betterton to
near Goldsboro to near Sharptown. Movement was northeast at 60 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail are possible with these
storms.

Locations impacted include...
Philadelphia, Reading, Camden, Wilmington, Vineland, Dover, Newark,
Millville, Bridgeton, Middletown, West Chester, Elkton, Gloucester
City, Cumberland, Calvert, Evesham, Mount Laurel, Norristown, Chester
and Deptford.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
