The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ  has issued a

* Flood Advisory for Minor Flooding in Poor Drainage Areas for...
  Ocean County in southern New Jersey...
  Monmouth County in central New Jersey...

* Until 645 AM EDT

* At 348 AM EDT...Doppler radar indicated areas of moderate to heavy
  rain in eastern sections of Monmouth and Ocean counties. While
  these areas of rain were moving fast, they have the potential to
  drop up to one-half inch of rain in a short period of time. This
  heavy rain, in combination with high tide, could cause ponding of
  water on roadways near the coast.
