...THE FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 230 AM EDT FOR
NORTHEASTERN OCEAN AND SOUTHEASTERN MONMOUTH COUNTIES...

At 135 AM EDT, the moderate to heavy rain across the area has ended.
But until the runoff subsides, poor drainage and low lying flooding
will continue. Creeks continue to run high across the advised area
as well. The Swimming River at Red Bank continues to rise as does
the non-tidal portion of the Manasquan River. The non-tidal portion
of the Shark River is also running high. The higher than normal tide
along the oceanfront is slowing down the drainage further inland.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
