...SPOTTY ICING AT HIGH ELEVATIONS THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING...

Spotty freezing drizzle can be expected along the higher ridges
mainly above 1200 feet in elevation of Carbon County, Pennsylvania
and Sussex County, New Jersey through about 3 AM. Steadier, but
still very light, freezing rain may briefly re-develop after 3 AM
before ending between about 6 AM and 8 AM.

A glaze of ice may coat elevated surfaces such as trees and
powerlines in these high elevations. A few slick spots may develop
on untreated roads, especially on bridges and overpasses. Use
caution while driving and reduce speed in case you encounter an
icy patch.
