the following rivers in Delaware...

  Christina River At Coochs Bridge affecting New Castle County

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

SAFETY MESSAGE...Do not attempt to drive through flooded areas. The water may be
deeper than you think.

The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for
  The Christina River at Coochs Bridge.
* until Sunday morning...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 7:15 PM Saturday the stage was 9.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage and continue to rise to near 11.1 feet by
  late this evening. The river will fall below flood stage after midnight.
