SAFETY MESSAGE...Do not attempt to drive through flooded areas. The water may be
deeper than you think.

* Flood Warning for
  The Brandywine Creek at Wilmington.
* until this evening...Or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 12:15 PM Thursday the stage was 16.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 16.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 16.8 feet by this afternoon.
  The river will fall below flood stage late this afternoon.
