* until Friday morning...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 6:15 AM Thursday the stage was 9.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 10.6 feet by this evening.
  The river will fall below flood stage early tomorrow.
