* Flood Warning for
  The Schuylkill River at Norristown.
* from early this morning to late tonight...Or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 11:45 PM Wednesday the stage was 11.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage early this morning and continue to rise
  to near 14.7 feet by this afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage by
  tonight.
