...AREAS OF BLACK ICE EARLY THIS MORNING...

Rain and snowmelt from yesterday that left standing water on many
area roads and walkways froze overnight in spots where temperatures
fell below freezing. If going out early this morning, be prepared
for icy spots on roads and walkways.

The black ice will melt shortly after sunrise as temperatures
across most of the area rise above freezing.
