...Localized Icy Conditions Possible Through Mid Morning...

Precipitation in Carbon and Monroe Counties has changed over to
mostly plain rain as temperatures continue rise this morning.
However, a few locations, especially in the higher elevations, may
continue to see icy conditions as the temperatures hover right
around freezing through mid morning. Please use caution if walking
or driving on untreated surfaces.
