Snow has changed over to sleet and freezing rain across much of
southeast Pennsylvania and central New Jersey. Several hundredths
to up to a quarter inch of ice is expected through the remainder
of the morning hours. A change over to rain is expected, starting
at the coast between now and 9 am and then working inland into the
Delaware Valley between 9 am and noon. Enough cold air at the
surface could prolong the freezing rain into the afternoon hours
across portions of southeast Pennsylvania.

All untreated surfaces will be slick and ice covered. If you need
to be on the road this morning, give yourself extra time, drive
slower than you normally would, and leave plenty of space between
you and the vehicle in front of you. Untreated roads will be icy
and will affect tire traction and your ability to brake.
