The Flood Warning is cancelled for
  The East Branch Brandywine Creek at Downingtown.
* At  3:45 AM Wednesday the stage was 6.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river crested near the 7 foot flood stage at 2 am and has since receded. 
  The river will fall to 4.6 feet by late this morning.
* Impact...At 6.0 feet...Open adjacent land next to the creek floods.
