[MTham] GTF repeater tone

We installed a tone decoder on the Great Falls Highwood Baldy repeater 
(146.73-) this past weekend so if we continue to have problems we can 
require a 100hz PL tone to activate the repeater.  The control operators 
can remotely turn this feature on and off as required.  The same as the UHF 
repeater in town.  If you have this capability on your radio please set it 
now so you won't have to worry about it later.  Pass this on to all you 
know that use the repeater so they won't be denied access later on.
