Hello,
You are receiving this email because you have expressed an interest, or have
been recommended, to participate in the implementation team for the
development of a state level Auxiliary Communications Service (ACS) for
emergency communications. As a group of like minded volunteers, in direct
cooperation with MEMA. This will benefit the over all volunteer emergency
communications platform, and help support the mission requirements of all
jurisdictions in Maryland, including MEMA.
The meeting will be conducted at MEMA, which is located at 5401 Rue Saint Lo
Drive, Reisterstown, MD 21136, on Saturday, June 9, 2012. We will start
gathering at 0900 EST and the meeting will start at 0930 EST and last until
about Noon. The MEMA central phone number is 410-517-3600
<tel:410-517-3600> . The meeting room will be in the Strategy Room off of
the SEOC, however we can move to the SEOC if needed. Please remember that
you must show photo identification to gain entry to the compound. Attire is
business casual. Please be prompt.
Please RSVP. We need an accurate attendance count so we can produce
sufficient handout materials prior to the event.
If you have other members of your team that you think should be present,
please invite them and advise us of their identity and email address in
advance of the event. We will add them to the approved security list to
access the facility and to the MEMA Auxiliary Communications yahoo group.

All - This is a significant and challenging effort. You are the thought
leaders and decision makers representing numerous groups, and your input
into this process is highly valued and appreciated.
Please be advised that the MEMA ACS Yahoo Group has been completed, emails
were sent to everyone on the TO list and only a 15 people have actually
accessed the group. You can Search the group under Yahoo groups as MEMA ACS,
and ask to be granted access that way as well.
Looking forward to seeing each of you.
