[MRIC] Hold the Date - MRIC Meeting Saturday, October 22 at 10:30

The next meeting of MRIC will be on Saturday, October 22 at 10:30 a.m.

We are scheduled to meet in Howard County and I will confirm that location
before sending the final meeting notice and directions for the meeting.

I will be updating this mailing list in the next several weeks so please
forward any changes. Tom Velvin is now the RO for Kent County.

The tentative agenda is as follows:

- Welcome, Attendance and Introductions
- Minutes from April Meeting Review and Approval
- Update RO Contact Info
- Update MD RACES Frequency List
- Irene and other activations
- Uniform Credentialing and Resource Matching
- RACES 101 Presentation Concept
- MRIC Website
- Election of MRIC Chair
- Health and Welfare
- Adjournment

Please feel free to forward additional items for the agenda.

Unless anyone objects, I will continue the practice from the last meeting
and not schedule a lunch break unless the group wishes to do so.

If you will be sending someone to represent your jurisdiction, please be
sure to forward or have them bring a proxy statement for any voting that
takes place.

I will send out a more complete meeting notice in early October to include
directions to the meeting and any additional information.
