Dear MRIC Members,

Our next meeting will be held at MEMA on April 23, 2011 at 10:30 a.m.

I will need to have everyone that is attending to email me back so that I
can prepare a list for MEMA.  You will not be able to enter Camp Fretterd
without being on the list that is given to the security detail at the gate.
You will also be required to show a government issued picture ID.

If someone besides the RACES Officer is representing your jurisdiction, I
will need to know in advance, or by a note on that date for the purposes of
voting authority.  Obviously, I will also need their name for the gate list.
I already have a note from Bob in Washington County.

I realize that the 23rd is a holiday weekend for some, but this was the date
decided on at the last meeting.  I will make every attempt to see that the
meeting runs quickly and hopefully we will not need to stay until 3.  We can
decide if we want to order pizza at the beginning of the meeting.

I still have not had a volunteer for the position of secretary at the
meeting.  If that remains the case, I will probably streamline the process
of updating the contact info, frequency lists and other data.

There will be a copy of the minutes from the last meeting and a proposed
agenda emailed to all of you approximately two weeks before our meeting.  If
you have any agenda items, please forward those to me as soon as possible.
