Those in the unaffected area may want to be prepared to relieve us on Monday morning for a few days, if needed. Bring a few days of food and water in case you get stuck, and a small overnight bag. We will find a place for you to sleep. Expect a lot of downed trees, closed roads, and heavy traffic.

To serve in Talbot county, you must have NIMS training, and be competent at sending and receiving ICS-213 messages. Any class license is ok, and you do not need radio equipment. My EM will make all requests for resources through MEMA.

I plan to be monitoring the Estern Shore Net from 9 am Saturday through the duration. Please advise if/when your station will be operational.

Thank you.
