I understand the Interop Doc attached to the last email did not go through the email reflector. If you would like a copy, please send me an email and I will reply directly to you with the document attached. Nothing has changed since we approved it this past spring.

A few people had a hard time opening the text files I sent containing the RO Contact List, and the Frequency List. So I'll send it again using the method I have always used in the past (i.e. include it in the email). Please find the udpated RO Contact List below.
