Colleagues

In the past several other RACES Officers have expressed to me that they 
are very frustrated by the in-fighting and personal attacks that have 
occurred in the meetings and in the emails.  These MUST  stop if we are 
to continue be respected by the  emergency managers and our colleagues.

Some how it comes to mind that there is one or more Emergency Managers 
who is on the mailing list.  These are not messages being sent 
exclusively to the ROs.

At this time I really do have other obligations that I could handle on 
Saturday, yet I plan to attend.  In the future the level of priority 
that I assign to these meetings may be lowered from a high to very low.

  For the record, I really do see a need for the listing of equipment as 
advisable for many reasons.  As one who voted in the affirmative at the 
last meeting, it is my desire that the issue be  reconsidered and will 
make that motion, if no one else does.
