Why is an outdated and non-approved version of the Interoperability
Recommendations for Maryland Jurisdictions posted on a public website at
http://marylandraces.com ?

The information in that document is not valid and it is misleading and I
would like to see it removed from that website ASAP.  I do not recall voting
to approve the posting of that version of that particular document.
