[MRIC] Association Meeting

FYI:

When I showed up at the Maryland Emergency Management Association meeting 
recently I was informed our interoperability document would not be voted on 
at that meeting because it needs to be distributed to all members at least a 
month in advance. I was not aware of this rule and will see that it gets 
distributed in time for the vote in the fall.

Instead, I gave a very brief presentation on all our accomplishments to 
date. There was no discussion or questions.
