Maryland RACES Officers,

I have finished updating the document we approved this past Saturday.
Fred will be making it available at our yahoo site soon.

As approved during the meeting, I changed the model number of one of
the polyphasers, added the unidapter connector kit, Samsung printer,
and remote kits.

I also changed the name of the document to remove the word "Capability"
and replaced it with "Interoperability" so it makes more sense to
outsiders. I also took the liberty to add a document revision section
so we can see what gets added/changed between revisions of the
document. Other than minor formatting, no other changes were made.

Also as agreed, I have started working on the next version of the
document to include the last part of Appendix A (HF Voice), and to
include a section for ancillary shack equipment as suggested. I have
already incorporated Dan and Bob Long's comments and look forward to
getting more feedback. I think I will wait until we get a little closer
to our next meeting date to send out the next draft, but if you think
of something between now and then that should be included, please feel
free to let me know. We also need feedback on some good mics,
headphones, and anything else you think we should have in every EOC.

Thank you all for your hard work on the document. We got a lot
accomplished again this past meeting, thanks to you.

Brett Hammond
Chairman, MRIC
