The location of the meeting is the EOC Training Room, 1300 Quince
Orchard Blvd, Gaithersburg, MD 20878.  It is in the block of Quince
Orchard Blvd between Quince Orchard Road (MD-124) and Firstfield Road.

*NOTE* When I put the address into Google maps, it showed the wrong
location.  Mapquest shows the correct location.  Here is the MAPquest
link for the location--

When you arrive at the facility, press the intercom button at the gate
and tell the security officer you are there for the MRIC meeting.  Park
in the lot and go to the front building entrance.  The security officer
will have to let you into the lobby where you will sign in.  You must
have a photo ID.  I'll try to have someone in the lobby who can get you
on the elevator and down to the lower level.  The EOC Training Room is
on your right when you exit the elevator.

You can use the 146.955 repeater (-600 hKz, no PL) for talk-in.  Feel
