[MRIC] Document Request

Brett,

I have sent you 4 e-mails requesting the MRIC Interoperability Document and
Appendix A Document(s) in the form of a Word or Notepad file in addition to
the PDF versions of those files which you have sent me.  I am assuming that
my e-mails did not make it through to you, so I am trying it via the MRIC
e-mail Reflector.

Please send me copies of the documents you sent me as PDFs as either a Word
or Notepad files.
