[MRIC] January 2010 Meeting Date and Place

Brett,

With all due respect, I think we should let the members vote on Jan 9 or Jan
16 since you only proposed January 9, 2010 as a possible date.

As far as the location goes, MEMA is fine with me, but since Fred, K3CSX,
has also offered the Montgomery County EOC as a possible meeting location,
why do we not let the rest of the ROs vote on the that too by e-mail.

I am willing to count the votes for both the meeting date and meeting place.
