Joe Krysztoforski, AJ3X, asked me to pass along that he second's the
nomination of Dave Prestel for the position of Chairman of MRIC for the
upcoming 2009 session.

AJ3X is not able to send this himself because of a situation with his e-mail
system.

If that is unacceptable to anyone then I, second the nomination of Dave
Prestel.
