[MRIC] HF test

Hi Everyone,

Looks like the test did not go well last night.  I heard Frank, Al and JW.
I got lost on the shift up 3k.  Noise level was very high.  Need to note
that scheduled nets are active on 3.950 frequency.  I did not know about the
one Saturday night at 1930.  I do know that the NJ Phone net is scheduled
for 2000 on Tuesday.  Thanks to all who took the time to help and hope you
did not miss too mush Football.
