[MRIC] A question

Thank you for clarifying that, as someone who is receiving all the 
messages back in forth it was getting somewhat confusing.  I am just 
interested in keeping things simple and as concise as possible.

I look forward to seeing the finished copy of the minutes, as I am sure 
we all are.
