Jim,

Fred will bring a projector, and I will bring the sodas. We usually 
just drink out of the can. All we need is a phone number for a local 
pizza delivery service so we can send out for pizza. Also, if you have 
a coffee pot handy, some would appreciate some coffee. Thanks again for 
hosting.

Also, I will be listening on the 147.06 repeater. I have seating for 
24. Plus folding chairs.
What about the drink, ice and cup situation ? Do I provide them before 
lunch?
Brett, if you need a computer and projector you will need to bring 
them. Frederick County EOC is not open 24/7. Not on the weekends. I 
have a key to get in but not authority to use the county computer. 
Sorry about this. Next time I will host it here at Hood College in my
