[MRIC] Recommended RACES Capabilities and Equipment document

I have two question regarding suggested components.
Was any consideration given to the Astron SS-30M power supply? Price $159.
Is there some reason why the same antennas are not recommended for the
two HF stations? In particular why should we look at the Alpha Delta
antennas for voice and not for the HF WinLink system?
