[MRIC] Agenda for November 10 Meeting

Dan,

Thank you for providing the HF frequencies for a proposed  Maryland RACES HF 
voice net. I encourage everyone to please run these past any  HF guys in your 
organizations and provide feedback prior to the meeting so any  problems can 
be resolved before the vote on Saturday.

Regarding meeting place, I just got confirmation from Dave of a room,  
projector and directions. I will forward that email after this one. The time and  
date were mentioned in earlier emails, and is the same as our other meetings  
(10:30 to 15:00 on Saturday November 10).

Regarding elections, that will take place during the first meeting in  2008, 
so it will appear on the agenda at that time. If there are no objections,  I 
figured we would do a written ballot like we did with the Secretary elections  
last Feb so people feel free to vote their conscience without pressure. I 
don't  think there is anything we need to do at this Saturday's meeting regarding  
elections, and was hoping we could stay focused on what we still needed to 
get  accomplished this year.

successful implementation.

As it is  Wednesday, there has been no mention of a meeting place per  
your  e-mail, where and when are we meeting?

Also, we need to add to the agenda  the start of electing a new  
chairman since that needs to be approved  at the February meeting (if  
there is one) at the latest.
