RACES Officers,

Please find below the frequencies used by MD RACES jurisdictions as compiled
during the MRIC meeting on February 24, 2007. If the table does not line up
into columns in your email, cut and paste it into Notepad.

This list contains information on repeater and simplex frequencies for VHF,
UHF and HF amateur bands. This information can be used to contact another
jurisdiction during an emergency, and as a coordination list so you do not
interfere with another RACES jurisdiction during an emergency.

MARYLAND RACES FREQUENCIES

During an emergency, you can use the frequencies in the following table to
contact RACES in another jurisdiction if you can not reach them on the
regional RACES Net. Please attempt to contact the jurisdiction in the order
specified in the Description column, with "1:" being the first attempt. If
unsuccessful, try "2:", etc.

Frequencies listed as "For xxx use only" are used internally by the
jurisdiction and should not be used for inter-jurisdictional contact without prior
mutual agreement.

The table headings have the following meaning:

Rptr TX Freq MHz = This is the frequency on which the repeater transmits.
You would configure this as the frequency your radio receives.
Input PL Hz = The PL tone the repeater expects to receive with your audio in
order to key the repeater.
Output PL Hz = The PL tone the repeater transmits with repeated audio.
Rptr Offset = Add this number to the "Rptr TX Freq MHz" to compute the
repeater RX frequency.

ALLE NOTES: The second repeater (with PL 100.0) uses a Yeasu 8800 in
crossband mode
with the output on 449.500 (PL 118.8) going into a 440 linking hub to act
as a secondary receiver site in the Cumberland area. You can also go into
the net
using that same UHF link (see 444.500 repeater above). The 145.45 repeater
is also
linked with the others. That is why there are 4 frequencies listed as
Primary
Control Net for ALLE.
