Dan,

All the items of old business  were discussed at the last MRIC meeting. If 
the group wants to move them to  new business, it doesn't make any difference to 
me.

It would appear that items have been added as old  business to the 
agenda without notification to the membership.  In  accordance with 
Robert's rules, any changed, additions, deletions to an  agenda must be 
presented to the membership for approval before the  meeting.  Just 
bringing up a point of order.
