The meeting was opened at 10:30 am, 24 February 2007 by  Chairman Brett
Hammond. The meeting was conducted in accordance with the  published agenda.
At the direction of the Chairman, these minutes record the  list of attendees
and actions taken at the meeting, but do not record the  discussions held.

The following  actions were taken:

1. The chairman asked for a volunteer to be  Secretary. Dave Prestel, W8AJR,
volunteered and was accepted.

2.  Motion to "Adopt frequency list as recorded at the meeting, subject to
later  modification."
Motion amended to read: Adopt frequency list which  includes simplex
frequencies as recorded at the meeting, subject to later  modification."
Motion by Howard W3CQH; second by Bob KB3ENU
In favor 13; opposed 3; 1 abstention
The motion carried

3.  Motion to "Accept ICS 213 as presented."
Motion by Al, W3YRS; second  by KB3JGI
Motion was tabled per Action 4.

4. Motion to "Table  discussion of ICS-213 motion pending local review."
Motion  amended to read "Table vote on adoption of ICS-213 motion pending
local  review"
In favor: 13; opposed: 3; 1 abstention
The motion  carried

5. Suggestion by the Chairman to "Set April 21 for next meeting  to be held
at the AA Co EOC."
In favor: 14; opposed 2
Suggestion was accepted

6. Motion to "Accept W8AJR's offer to hose the  November 10 meeting in Howard
County."
Motion by KA8YPY; (second  was made but not recorded.)
Accepted unanimously

The meeting  adjourned at 15:30 with no further actions taken.
